Hera Technologies provides a complete 6500 Sq ft turnkey composites structures manufacturing facility with isolated process separation rooms and ISO 8 environmental controls used for Laminating carbon Prepreg, Bonding with Epoxy and Silicone to Substrates.

Hera Technologies provides design and build of tools required for inhouse laminating, bonding and assembly.

Hera also houses the latest technology in High speed 5 axis core machining, Ultrasonic Knife cutting & Laser cutting.
Hera houses multiple Curing Ovens and Auto Claves to service part envelope sizes up to 17 ft. x 18ft. x 10ft.
